SOMOS GmbH is a specialized provider of reception and service services through outsourcing nationwide. We are currently seeking a service-oriented Reception and Service Employee (m/f/d) for our reception services at a well-known international consulting company in Berlin (Tiergarten district). This is a full-time permanent position (no temporary work, no changing work locations).

Your working hours:
_**Monday - Friday, hours daily between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (alternating between morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis hours/week

Your responsibilities:
_**- Friendly reception and assistance for international visitors on-site and over the phone (German/English)

  • Registration of guests with respective departments
  • Issuing/collecting/managing access authorizations and maintaining visitor lists
  • Reservation/booking of conference rooms using a booking tool
  • Communication/coordinating with various inhouse departments, etc.
