Medici Care is a recruitment agency specialized in placing medical professionals from abroad.


As a Junior Recruiter, we will train you to become the interface between companies with staffing needs and specialized professionals in the healthcare industry.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process:

from acquiring new partner companies abroad (language schools, universities, agencies) to conducting interviews with candidates and providing support and guidance to clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Building a sustainable network of candidates
  • Searching for qualified professionals and conducting interviews
  • Guiding candidates through the entire application process
  • Advising clients on filling open positions
  • Bringing in current trends and ideas and implementing them in your own projects

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in a commercial role, experience in recruiting or applicant management would be ideal
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong intuition for people and the ability to assess their skills quickly
  • Proactive, wellorganized, and solutionoriented work style
