We are happy to take care of your tenants, invoicing, correspondence with authorities, new rentals, and rental agreements.

Management means for us the extensive relief of the owner. Our long-time commercial employee will retire in mid-2024 due to age. For this reason, we are looking for a new employee who will take over this position after comprehensive training. We are currently looking for a committed and independent employee for our property management in part-time (hours/week). The position is permanent and the working hours can be partially flexible. It is a diverse job in a smaller property management company.

Your tasks You are the first point of contact for all matters (tenants, service providers, caretakers, insurance, etc.) related to the management of mixed-use properties.

You take care of tenant support, create rental agreements, and handle the handover and takeover of units during tenant changes.

You conduct apartment viewings, check self-disclosures, and make credit checks for potential tenants.

You handle payments and reminders for the areas you manage (rent and deposit statements, deposit receipts, etc.), and invoice tenants and contracted service companies.

You monitor operating and utility costs, as well as all related contracts, and are responsible for their creation. You book bank statements for all property
