- Work closely with Senior Project and Project Managers on existing Client Projects.
- Ability to receive direction/guidance and follow instructions/protocols.
- Knowledge and experience with multiple aspects of Industrial Hygiene and Health & Safety and Building Science.
- Perform various Industrial Hygiene services to include, but not limited to project scopes for: asbestos/mold/lead, worker exposure monitoring, noise, indoor air quality.
- Perform and collect field measurements using a variety of monitoring and sampling equipment.
- Maintain thorough and legible field notes.
- Assist with business development.
- Develop technical reports, and present findings and recommendation.
- Develop budgets, write proposals and manage project budgets.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Project/Project Managers, staff, clients and contractors.
- Follow Atlas directives and standards.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Practice and maintain a safe working environment.
- Houston Area Safety Council – Basic Plus
- Valid driver's license, must meet qualifications to successfully be processed for DISA/Drug-Alcohol Testing
- Minimum of four years' experience of technically sound consulting experience conducting and managing
- Industrial Hygiene and Building Science projects
- Field Work is required
- Asbestos/Mold Survey, Exposure Monitoring Experience, Noise Monitoring Experience
- Proficient in project management and personnel management
- Microsoft PC applications; WORD, EXCEL
- Strong background in Industrial Hygiene and Building Science related practices.
- Knowledge with various Industrial Hygiene and Building Science related sampling equipment and protocols.
- Field Work 50%
- Ability to travel some over night, 25%
- Other - TDSHS Asbestos and Lead licenses and/or TDLR Mold license are a plus
