Our portfolio includes commercial buildings such as hotels, office buildings, and data centers, as well as private construction projects such as new builds and renovations of apartments and houses, and institutional housing projects and urban design tasks - both regionally and globally.

We are currently seeking dedicated architects and a junior construction manager (m/f/d) for the performance phases 1 to 5 according to HOAI to join our team in Frankfurt.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing design and execution plans (phases 1-5) in collaboration with the project management team Preparing building permit documents Timely processing of design inquiries Ensuring and optimizing quality standards Assisting with planning, tendering, organizing, and implementing projects Taking responsibility for and managing projects in collaboration with an experienced construction manager or project management team Checking and accepting installation services and incoming materials for completeness and quality Timely organization, processing, and monitoring of construction site processes Cost monitoring and checking of invoices from individual trades You bring with you: Good German and English skills Passion and joy in organizing and implementing construction projects with the highest design and professional standards Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or as a construction technician First professional experience Good knowledge of construction and planning law Committed, structured, and independent way of working Knowledge of CAD programs, preferably Archicad and Revit Knowledge of presentation methods and visualization Strong communication skills
