    ***Link Interactive is currently hiring for a part time Order Fulfillment Specialist in our Ogden, Utah location.***

    Position Summary: Individual will be responsible for assisting the department with the timely programming of alarm and security system equipment. Responsibilities can include receiving and shipping equipment and prepping components for departure.

    **Duties & Responsibilities:**

    Prepping/Programming Equipment

    Receiving/shipping equipment and orders

    Programming systems and box orders ready for shipment

    New Owner Takeover processing

    Promotion Credit processing

    Processing Vendor RMA's

    Assist with account Activations

    Provide timely response to customer's needs, including address and service changes and requests for refunds.

    Perform other duties as assigned

    **Education & Required Skills:**

    Ability to work part time schedule, 11am-3pm M-F. May require some additional hours certain weeks.

    High School Diploma

    Excellent working knowledge of electronics

    Must read and speak English

    Strong Time Management Skills

    Ability to keep inventory accuracy 100%

    Vision and hearing acuity required

    Must have dexterity working with very small parts

    Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
