This is your new role:

You will provide expert advice to our customers on our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

You will create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms and conditions with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You will also ensure the plausibility of orders, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability. You will professionally handle customer orders and inquiries, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You will actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.

You will regularly exchange information on customer developments and other relevant information with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales teams, and conduct tandem visits with the outside sales team.

What you bring to the table:
