    Medical Assistant with Growth Opportunity

    Part-time to permanent Position

    Our newly established multispecialty clinic is opening its doors to provide variety of quality medical services. All members of our team are highly trained excellent professionals who are

    striving to achieve the best results.

    Position summary and Key Responsibilities

    Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of a physician.

    Administrative duties may include, but not limited:

    · scheduling appointments

    · maintaining medical records

    · entering insurance insurance information

    · explaining treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients

    Clinical duties may include:

    · taking and recording vital signs and medical histories

    · preparing patients for examination

    · drawing blood

    · changing/applying wound dressing

    · administering medications as directed by physician

    · operating electrocardiogram (EKG), or other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests

    Core qualifications

    • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and knowledge of Spanish is a plus
    • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Previous experience in using Electronic Medical/Health Record and ability to learn with minimum help
    • Desire to learn and grow professionally
    • Ability to take the ownership and complete the tasks successfully and timely

    Compensation

    Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
