Main Tasks & Requirements
Oversee the design, development, implementation, and administration of regional compensation practices including market pricing, base pay components, annual merit process, benchmarking, and short and long-term incentive plans.
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the company's plans, programs, and initiatives are competitive, affordable, and consistent with the company's employee value proposition.
Oversee and assist in the preparation and communication of informational material to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Partner closely with the global organization to ensure the sharing of best practices and implementation of processes globally where applicable.
Partnering with Benefits manager, oversee negotiations with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration.
Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with brokers and researching benefit issues.
Partner with business and HR leaders to develop, prepare, and maintain detailed job descriptions and classification systems to define job levels.
Prepare, analyze, and submit reports for internal and external use, including government-mandated reports and compliance audits as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field and at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation, and at least one year of experience leading a team.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing broad-based compensation programs including variable/long-term incentive compensation, and sales compensation programs.
