Responsibilities:
- Understand the nature of home health care and of the diseases, conditions and disabilities that require home health care services.
- Be caring, respectful and helpful to patients with special needs.
- Provide emotional support to patients with special needs.
- Follow the plans established by the nurses, therapists and doctors.
- Hoyer lift and Sit to Stand experience a plus.
- Prepare a clean, safe and healthy environment for patients with special needs.
- Perform daily tasks for related to cleanliness, organization and other household routine activities such as, but not limited to, cooking and laundry.
- Help with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
Total hours of 7.75 preferred Spanish speaker. There is opportunity to grow if you seek more hours as well.
