    seeks Software Quality Engineer in Dallas, TX:

    Job Duties :
    Actively support our ADM agile framework including establishing scrum team roles, tools, practices, and rituals. Establish a solid relationship with other team members to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners.

    Design and execute functional test plans for complex systems to test required code changes while working in collaboration with developers and product owners.

    Design and develop of high-quality, robust full stack test automation (UI and API). Provide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team.

    Continuously raise the bar of test and dev practices to be abreast with the latest technologies and tools both in the company and industry as well as able to utilize them to good effect.

    Identify test practice deficiencies, recommend solutions and work to ensure continues improvement.

    Troubleshoot, root case and categorize production issues as well as enrich tests accordingly Actively participate in code and design reviews for tests delivered by other team members within their scrum team.

    Contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the teams portfolio.

    Minimum Requirements :

    Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

    A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

    Special Skill Requirements :
    (1) Selenium Web Driver, (2) HP ALM and Jira, (3) Salesforce, (4) SOAP, (5) Jenkins, (6) SQL, (7) Database Testing using SOSL and SOQL, (8) Data Loader, Data Migration and Conversion, (9) Triggers, Custom Objects, Record Types, Workflows, Visualforce and Apex, (10) Agile Development Methodology. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted.
