For the Customer Service Department in Wheeling, WV. The work location is within the service area of LSW Netz. The current workplace is in Wolfsburg.

LSW is your regional service provider for energy and water. We supply around 200,000 households with electricity, natural gas, district heating, and water. Our service area extends from Wolfsburg to the district of Gifhorn and parts of the districts of Helmstedt, Wolfenbüttel, and Börde.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing crossmedia customer consultation on topics such as house connections, photovoltaics, and emobility and charging infrastructure
Taking into account and adhering to technical connection conditions (e.g. TAB, VDE)
Providing expert customer consultation on feedin systems in low voltage
Initial consultation on additional services related to photovoltaics, emobility, and charging infrastructure
Creating and reviewing measurement and connection concepts
Providing technical consultations to customers, planning offices, and installers in different performance phases of the HOAI during the installation of charging infrastructure
Expert evaluation and review of network connection applications and connection requests
Point of contact for the Customer Service department and service providers

YOUR PROFILE:

Master/Technician (m/f/d) or Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of electrical or supply engineering
Experience in metering and measurement technology
