- Proactively manage and service existing commercial accounts.
- Process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance, and handle other policy documentation with precision.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery.
- Work closely with team to understand client needs and provide seamless service.
- Leverage current systems and processes to efficiently track and manage client interactions and documentation.
- Holds a valid Property/Casualty License.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM and document management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- At least 3 years of experience in servicing insurance accounts, with a focus on commercial policies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who values collaboration and can also perform independently when required.
- Flexible scheduling with potential for remote work arrangements, based on experience.
- Continuing education and license renewals fully covered by the agency.
