As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support for our German legal entity.

This includes advising on German Drug Law (AMG), Social Security Code V (SGB V) with a focus on AMNOG related questions, Law on Drug Advertisement (HWG), and contracting topics, such as contracts with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate with the German Commercialization & Development Law team to handle legal matters for BMS Germany
Provide practical and solutionoriented advice to colleagues in marketing, sales, and medical teams, in collaboration with the Compliance Department
Work closely with peers in the local Legal & Compliance team, Commercialization & Development Legal Group, and Law Department
Identify and mitigate potential legal risks
Develop and conduct trainings for colleagues as needed
