Description

PREEvision is a software solution developed by Vector with extensive configuration options to customize functionality and appearance for each individual customer. These configurations are mostly created internally at Vector and then need to be implemented on various installations at our customers' sites. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating various small helpers and tools to facilitate the configuration process, build automated tests for configurations, and automate certain requirements checks.

It is important to us that you get to know working at Vector on-site. To balance your studies and work, we offer the possibility of mobile work after individual coordination, depending on the specific tasks. Please note that pure remote work is not possible.

Your Profile

Studying computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
Programming skills in Java
Experience in software testing is an advantage
Good knowledge of German and English

Your Tasks

Familiarization with PREEvision and its various configuration options (metrics, tables, rules, etc.)
Assessment of existing tools and guidelines
Creation of new helpers and tools
Development of automated tests for the respective helpers and tools
