At our location in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a construction supervisor (m/f/d) in the field of high-rise construction.

Responsibilities:

Supervision of exciting and complex highrise construction projects
Services according to HOAI service phase
Quality control target/actual comparison
Cost management and schedule management
Contract management and change management

Qualifications:

Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent
Professional experience in construction supervision in Germany
Independent and structured way of working and willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities
Good communication skills, assertiveness and team orientation
Fluent German language skills (C1+)
