Urban Planner:
for the Bahnstadt project in Bellevue, PA (m/f/d)


Your main tasks:

  • Participation in the project team of the urban development and promotion area BAHNSTADT, including supervising and coordinating individual measures, interdisciplinary working groups, and internal and external planning teams
  • Development of urban action plans in various scales and planning stages, including advising property owners, clients, and architects on planning law issues
  • Organizing and coordinating public participation
  • Steering, updating, and coordinating the implementation process of the integrated urban development concept (iEK)
  • Developing concepts and implementing measures for climate adaptation, urban production, diversity of use, and the mobility transition
