The Historical Seminar of the Department 1 of Culture and Social Sciences at the University of Osnabrück is seeking a
Employee in the field of academic support (m/f/d)
(Salary group 13 TV-L, 50%):
in a permanent position for the Study Office starting on May 1st, 2024.
Your tasks:
- Academic advising for all study programs offered by the Historical Seminar (Department of History)
- Advising students of the Historical Seminar on general examination and study matters
- Supporting the board and selfadministration of the Historical Seminar
- Documenting academic advising for the department
- Coordinating the digital offerings of the Historical Seminar
Requirements:
- Completed academic degree (Master's or equivalent) in the field of History
Ideally, you have:
- Knowledge of the structures of the Historical Seminar
- Experience in academic advising
- Experience with digital media
