    About The Role

    We are seeking an innovative and driven AI Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our team, where we are revolutionizing the creation of datasets akin to building the GitHub of data. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of synthesizing, distilling, ensuring robustness, enhancing saliency, ensuring interpretability, and navigating IP regulation in the AI space. Our commitment to openness has fostered a dynamic community, and we need an engineering leader who thrives on brainstorming, embraces risk-taking, and finds inspiration in cutting-edge research.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated willingness to learn and coach others.
    • Strong track record of staying updated on recent AI research and contributing to top conferences.
    • Adherence to hacker ethics and a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Previous entrepreneurial experience with a deep understanding of lean startup methodologies.
    • PhD from a reputable institution with a focus on machine learning or related fields.
    • Experience in MLOps.
