- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering. An Ohio Professional Engineer's registration is required.
- Twelve (12) years of transportation/utility infrastructure construction management, construction inspection, and/or design experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving success in Project Management, especially with ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation), City of Columbus, Franklin County, Delaware County, and personnel management roles.
- Display exceptional leadership qualities and strong organizational skills necessary for effectively overseeing the Columbus office.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities. Proficiency in delivering clear presentations and facilitating productive meetings is crucial.
- Possesses solid, mature judgment and consistently exhibits trustworthy behavior to maintain the office's integrity and reputation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate an office or department as a business, drive sales, grow revenue, and expand overall.
- Capable of envisioning the broader organizational picture and setting a clear vision and direction to achieve business goals.
- Prioritize an intense client focus, foster trusted client relationships, and build a strong professional reputation within the industry in the Columbus region.
