For over 55 years, the Social Service Germering e.
V. has been supporting people in Germering with a variety of services.

The association offers comprehensive outpatient care and support in the home, as well as all services covered by long-term care insurance and medical treatment.

The range of services also includes a day care center and a senior living facility in Aubinger Weg in Germering.


To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a part-time
Manager (m/f/d) for our day care center in Germering.


Your main tasks:


  • Overall responsibility for the facility
  • Team and goaloriented leadership and motivation of employees
  • Ensuring occupancy and utilization of the facility
  • Quality management with a focus on providing qualified care, support, and services to clients
  • Creativity in planning and organizing activities

What you bring:


  • Training as a nursing professional with additional qualification as a PDL or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a management position in a care facility
  • Empathy for the needs of clients and people with dementia
  • Ability to handle stress and make decisions, as well as strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy working independently and with a lot of initiative
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes or different interests
