    The Opportunity

    We require a Nurse Doantion Specialist to join our Critical Care Team. The position includes the implementation of national strategies and best practices and be responsible for crearting influence and driving change at a local level. Primary responsibilities include working autonomousley within a multidisplinary team to facilitate organ and tissue donation and make decisions within scope of practice. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are pivotal for this position. Previous organ donation exposure is desirable.
