- Act as the primary contact for inquiries via email, telephone, and social media for IA and PO
- Prepare responses and assign inquiries to team members
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate mail distribution and materials
- Manage inventory and order supplies and services
- Support mass mailings/emails and donor recognition
- Utilize donor databases and assist in project-based tasks
- Be a liaison for University events
- Available for occasional weekends and travel
- Perform other assigned duties
- 1-3 years of administrative experience with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Exposure to sales and event planning
- Basic accounting skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Adaptability to technology for office efficiency
