    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development and management of a full life cycle recruiting process that encompasses six main recruitment stages: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, training, and onboarding.The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

    Primary Objectives of the Human Resources Recruiter:
    • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy.
    • Leads recruiting efforts to source, interview and recommend qualified candidates in support of the business needs
    • Facilitate or assist with new hire onboarding processes and orientations.
    Develop and Execute a Recruiting Strategy:
    • Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
    • Lead the creation of a full life cycle recruiting process for each open position.
    • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
    • Track candidate hiring source to establish and report best practices.
    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
    • Post openings in company sponsored social media, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
    • Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
      Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
    Establish contacts with local job boards and CTE programs for candidate resources.
    Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

    Lead Recruiting, Interviewing, and New Hire Processes
    • Work directly in UKG Recruitment Gateway to manage the job postings and applicant pools.
    • Maintain communication with HR Team regarding all open positions and potential candidates.
    • Review candidate applications and resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
    • Conduct prescreening interviews.

    •Works with temporary agencies to fill positions, including hourly positions
    • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and leadership team as appropriate.
    • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data using the UKG Recruitment Gateway Module
    • Initiate drug screens, background checks, and skilled tests for potential employees.
    • Initiate Birkman assessments and generate Birkman interview questions based on results.
    • Partner with HR Manager to prepare and make candidate offers.
    • Professionally manage candidate communication.
    Facilitate or Assist in New Hire Onboarding & Orientation:

    •Verify candidate drug screens, background checks, and skilled assessment tests are completed and passed according to company policy.

    •Initiate onboarding documents for new hires in UKG Onboarding Gateway.

    •Professionally manage new hire communication regarding 1st day requirements.

    •Prepares new hire packets, processes all employee paperwork, and files paperwork

    •Coordinate new hire Employee Assimilation programs.

    •Function as a backup for new hire orientation.

    •Administer the Employee Referral Program.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a professional-level HR position.
    • Demonstrable experience recruiting a range of positions including salaried professionals, skilled technical workers, and entry level employees.
    • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Demonstrate professional communication via email and over the phone with a high volume of applicants.

    •Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, internally and externally.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
    • Demonstrable experience with HRIS Environments, particularly UKG.
    • A commitment to professionalism always, including a positive and helpful customer service orientation.
    • Dedication to uncompromising ethical behaviors; a high degree professional integrity
    • Willingness and ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug test
    • This is a US-based opportunity; candidates must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
    • Bilingual or multiple languages is a plus
    • Recruiting experience in manufacturing is preferred
    Work Environment:

    This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position, and days of work are typically Monday through Friday during business hours.

    Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

    HR Certification preferred.
