Job Title:
Human Resource Specialist


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to

executing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee

relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. The Human Resource

Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring HR

policies and procedures are consistently applied, and supporting the organization's

overall success.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings,
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding
experience for new employees.


Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict
resolution.

  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend
appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal

regulations.


Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with open
enrollment processes.


HR Compliance:

  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations to
ensure company compliance.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures.


Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and
employees, and tracking performance reviews.


Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports as needed for management and compliance
purposes.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training
programs.

  • Facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and
competencies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion.

  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in a nonprofit environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
