    Description

    As a Call Center Agent, this role is the first point of contact with established and new clients who call Diversus Health

    Duties include...


    • Manage the daily operations of inbound/outbound calls/chats, answer general questions and document
    • Triage and/or escalate appropriate calls to Prescriber and Scheduling Management team for scheduling.
    • Enter contact notes documenting the service provided.
    • Attends and completes all required job-specific trainings and meetings as designated.
    • Maintain a positive work environment.
    • Must be able to consistently stay calm while interacting with clients.
    • Acts as a patient/client advocate at all times by ensuring they receive the best operational experience and quality customer service that meets their individual needs and preferences.
    • Represents Diversus Health as a professional, ethical, and positive steward of the mission of the organization during community events and meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
    • Bilingual is preferred
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
    • Strong ability to interact with a variety of demographics
