    Arbor Homes is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist/Customer Advocate to join our innovative marketing team and support both the Columbus and Cincinnati markets.     What Will You Be Doing?
    • Maintain accuracy of Columbus and Cincinnati community pages on brand websites and provide necessary creative assets (photos, video, copy, announcements, and inventory listings).
    • Customize templates to meet local market needs, incorporating specific calls-to-action/offers and securing legal approval for all incentives.
    • Order and manage creative assets for communities (Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFP's, and interactive maps)
    • Create and order community brochures and collateral.
    • Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers and inserts.
    • Provide ongoing community presentation audit/assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.
    • Coordinate, execute and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.
    • Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Call all customers days after close to gather information/feedback regarding their experience and remind them of the upcoming survey.
    • Sit in on sample of customer pre-construction, colors, and orientation meetings to ensure consistency.
    • Follow-up (track) customers with negative reviews within a predefined period to make sure we understand their concerns and have a plan to address where applicable.
    • Responding to and monitoring online reviews.
    • Communicate all survey responses to all necessary team members.
    • Scrubbing customer data to ensure it is accurate for sending surveys.
    • In addition to the specified responsibilities, this role may require the individual to undertake other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.
    What Will You Bring?
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment ready to adapt/pivot as priorities evolve.
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
    • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and work on multiple projects while functioning as part of a cooperative team.
    • Experience with email marketing (HubSpot) and website management a plus
    • Customer service attitude
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
