Tasks

LEASES

1. Prepare engine requests for coordination with Family entities (SAFRAN and SES)
2. Prepare and manage individual Leases for Customers, aggregating information from multiple sources.
3. Review Customer RPFH, Letter agreements, and Amendment contracts for verification of lease requirements.
4. Track leasing activities and milestones into a single data source for lease history & metric tracking.
5. Prepare shipping requests and facilitate proper handling of engine movements for individual leases.
6. Serve as point of contact for all customer questions and issues regarding lease requirements, individual invoicing, technical, parts, and documentation requirements for incoming and outgoing leases.
7. Prepare amendments for individual leases for term extensions and changes.
8. Sets/establishes expectations with lessees to maintain desired timelines.
9. Tracking of RORAs (Recognition of Rights) for lease engines installed.

REDELIVERY

1. Facilitate redelivery Calls with Lessee and Engine Owners, track and maintain the status of all engines in the redelivery process.
2. Maintain records of findings and missing parts to track against invoicing received.
3. Review shop status of engines in MRO in effort to protect Lease Pool asset levels.

INVOICING

1. Review utilization invoices for correct fee calculation
2. Review all SES-issued fee invoices by engine type and contract terms.
3. Research/approve rebill invoices for accuracy and match with backup for cost verification
4. Track invoicing to verify that all leases are invoiced every month
5. Coordinate and track Daily Rent charges for each lease per the terms of the lease.

Administrative

1. Maintain manual and electronic Filing of lease documents and invoices.
2. Participate in Fleet Stability calls to learn about upcoming lease engine requirements by customers and fleet issues driving lease engine demand
