    Description

    Job Description:

    This position is responsible for communicating with customers in a positive, caring, and timely manner to enhance customer relations while maintaining accurate and efficient processing of all parts transactions.

    Must demonstrate effective use of influencing and collaborative skills.


    Qualifications:


    A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:Requires attention to detail and a willingness to provide Legendary Customer Service to customers on a day-to-day basis.

    Requires good multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills as this role does interact with other departments and vendors.
    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Parts store experience highly desired.
    Should have basic computer skills and a year or more experience with parts procurement.
    Must have GED or High School diploma.
    Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desired.
    Must have a valid driver's license.
    Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
    Must be proficient with computers. Experience with a computerized parts management system is highly desired.
    Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more multiple times a day.
    Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
    Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
