    Overview

IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

    The Opportunity: This is a Part Time Position: IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused people with a passion for excellence. This position is part time - on call & candidates will cover sites in Charlotte, NC. They will cover sites when full time employees are out on vacation or sick. They will occasionally get a call at 6:45am in the morning to report to a site in Charlotte to fill in for the day.

    Hours: Must be available to work M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM

    No nights, no weekends

    Business professional dress code and standards are required

    Hourly Compensation: $ USD per hour

    Responsibilities

    Part Time Office Associate -
    • Process all incoming & outgoing USPS mail, FedEx/UPS packages & deliver throughout campus
    • Operate Pitney Bowes mailing equipment
    • Sit at reception & greet guests/employees & hand out security badges
    • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
    • Manage Office Supply Inventory
    • Walking courier runs to pick up/drop off from post office and court house
    • Lift large bundles of mail daily, overnight packages and shipments of paper - able to lift 35lbs
    • Always try to do what's right with a firm sense of integrity and ethics, behaving in a manner consistent with principles of moral conduct.
    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:
    • Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
    • Must have valid DL
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
    • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
