A Day in the LifeResponsibilities
Provide wide range accounting operations support to legal entities at a global level
Posting of month end entries like payroll, cash, Intercompany, clearing etc
Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices for multiple entities to support non-business as usual process
Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
Provide data and support for statutory, US GAAP, and Tax
audits
Participate in special projects, including large and complex assignments such as transitional service agreements (TSA), business integrations, and system implementation
Identify opportunities for optimization and transformation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as supply chain, IT, human resources, legal & regulatory affairs
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Nice to Have
CPA, CMA, MBA in Accounting or Finance
Ability to manage to tight deadlines, along with flexibility to changing priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Experience with business partnering
Self-starter with the insight and vision to propose changes even in the face of opposition
Proficient in Excel
