Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and organization of the construction site in coordination with the construction management
  • Management of construction site personnel (own staff and subcontractors)
  • Ensuring a timely, highquality, and costeffective construction process
  • Conducting site surveys, surveying work, and stakeouts, among others
  • Ensuring onsite occupational safety and health protection

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training and/or further education as a certified Site Manager or Construction Foreman
  • Several years of professional experience in building construction
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, and assertiveness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
