    Job DescriptionJob Title: Administrative Assistant
    Location: Hillsboro, WA (100% Onsite)
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in the Hillsboro, OR area who have an exciting and fast-paced environment They are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential support to our multiple department managers in an employee-centric friendly culture. If you thrive in a collaborative team environment and are confident with your skills, this role is for you
    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a key liaison between the Executive and internal/external partners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring positive outcomes.
    • Prepare and distribute necessary meeting materials to ensure all attendees have essential documents.
    • Schedule meetings with multiple attendees using Outlook, managing calendars and sending invitations efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively and clearly in writing via Teams chat and email correspondence.
    • Draft professional letters and contracts for the Executive team.
    Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience in an Adminstrative Assistant role, with at least 3 years supporting Managers
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly in managing multiple calendars and invitations in Outlook.
    • Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven track record of excellent follow-through and accountability.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive deadlines.
