- High School/GED Required. Associates or bachelor's preferred.
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and inventory management experience are preferred, but we will offer training for the right candidate with the right background.
- High level of understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance & Operations (F&O), Microsoft AX, or Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- CPIM (Certified Production & Inventory Manager) or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certifications are a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with sales, engineering, production, purchasing, and vendors.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
