- Update and maintain vendor documentation and associated data to meet ongoing business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data research, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and input findings into relevant databases.
- Establish regular verbal and electronic communication channels with Research & Development (R&D), procurement, and vendors to foster business growth and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to offer regulatory support and align efforts with overall business strategies.
- Maintain a flexible day-shift schedule, with options for hybrid work arrangements post-training, ensuring operational continuity and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; or equivalent qualifications obtained through an Associate's degree and relevant job experience.
- Demonstrated regulatory experience spanning 1-3 years, preferably within the food/beverage, flavor, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, alongside a willingness to acquire proficiency in other proprietary software used within the organization.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven track record of effective interpersonal interactions within team environments.
