    Description
    Job Title - Regulatory Specialist
    Location - Erlanger KY Hybrid 3- Days Onsite,2 days Remote)

    Regulatory Specialist to support the business /operations productivity to communicate with vendors technical regulatory inquiries, documentation needs and data maintenance and interpretation.


    A working knowledge of FDA food regulations and relevant product design status such as GM\BE, Allergens, GRAS, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, Organic, Halal, Nutrition.

    Additional knowledge of flavors, colors, botanicals and ingredients with international exposure preferred.

    Role will also require solid computer skills as it involves data research together with database inputs, maintenance and communication skills.

    BS Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science or other related field; 1-3 years of regulatory experience, preferably in food/beverage, flavor or related industries


    • Strong computer skills: proficient in MS Office packages; trainable in other software programs developed and used in-house
