Pedagogical Director (m/f/d)

This attractive position is remunerated according to pay group S 18 TVöD-SuE.

Your tasks:

Supervision and professional supervision of staff in the 16 daycare centers
Implementation of all concepts in the practical field
Coordination of cooperation with parents and parent councils in the spirit of "educational partnership"
Cooperation and participation with established actors and networks, acquisition of new partners
Training of BKJ managers
Ensuring pedagogical standards and quality assurance measures
Conceptual development and expansion of services in the facilities
Develop and maintain structures and processes with high quality for educational work
