As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle telephone and written correspondence. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, managing contracts, and maintaining customer data. You will also assist the team with administrative tasks.

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have experience in order processing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and working with inventory management software
  • You have an efficient, goal-oriented, and structured work style, as well as a strong focus on customer service
  • You have excellent communication skills and diplomatic abilities
