Description
We are looking for anArbeitsplaner / REFA-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) for our
Arbeitsvorbereitung Gewindewerkzeuge in Marshfield, WI.
Responsibilities:
Creation of work plans, bill of materials and production orders for HM special tools and stock tools, taking into account costs, production time and customer requirements
Production control in a specific product area
Disposition of components
Monitoring of external suppliers
Preparation of cost comparison calculations, coordination of necessary measures with production
Support of department management, for example by creating statistics and evaluations
Development and maintenance of guidelines for the creation of automated work plans
Creation of machine occupancy diagrams
Determination of required delivery times based on selected raw materials and blanks, coordination with production control in case of deviations
Creation of views in SAP material master and maintenance of AV master data
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in a metal profession
Further training as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d)
REFA basic training or willingness to acquire it
Business thinking
Logical and rule-based thinking
Good knowledge of MS Office
We offer:
Flexible working hours with flextime
Payment according to the collective agreement of the Bavarian metal and electrical industry (with corresponding one-time payments, e.g. pro-rated 13th month salary, additional vacation pay, etc.) for a 35-hour week and 30 days of vacation per year
