    Senior Facility Engineer - Cell/Gene Therapy

    A leading biopharma are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Facility Engineer to join their team.

    The Senior Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of facilities to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

    This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of facility equipment and systems.
    Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
    Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and installations, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    Manage facility-related projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address facility-related issues and optimize performance.
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facility operations and safety.
    Identify and implement opportunities for energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within facilities.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or related field. 5+ years of experience required.
    Experience in cell/gene therapy REQUIRED.
    Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
    Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to facility operations.
