    We are currently offering a Sign-on Bonus of $15,000 for a position as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT/MLS/MT).



    The Opportunity:

    Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician to join the Pathology team at Central Maine Medical Center.

    This is a full-time position, 36 hours per week, with benefits.



    What you'll do:

    • Perform a variety of clinical laboratory procedures in areas like blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
    • Collect and process specimens, conduct laboratory tests, ensure quality control, and maintain accurate records.
    • Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.

    Regulatory Requirements:

    • Must be certified as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/MLT/CLT) within 6 months of hire.
    • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field preferred.
    • Alternative qualifications considered based on experience and education.
