Qualifications: The minimum requirements for Outside Sales Representatives have: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings Valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle Motivation to sell door-to-door in residential areas Ability to work outdoors in all adverse weather conditions Engaging interpersonal skills Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 Benefits: 10 paid vacation days, 7 paid holidays and up to 4 personal days Skills required: Networking Communication Self-Starter Ability to work under limited Supervision
