    Massachusetts Mentor - Foster Care Case Manager

    Dedham Office Location

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate services, case management, and behavior plans for individuals.
    • Conduct regular home visits to ensure safety and well-being.
    • Oversee service quality, ensure compliance, and monitor program regulations.
    • Develop engaging activities to meet individuals' needs.
    • Build relationships with families and case managers.
    • Provide emergency coverage and crisis intervention support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
    • Previous experience with at-risk youth or individuals with disabilities preferred.
    • Valid driver's license, car registration, and insurance.
    • MA State Social Work License required within 6 months.
    • Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality.
