Job Summary:
The Service Specialist is a highly motivated individual, detail orientated with a focus on providing quality service to DPL member firms.
In this role, you are required to effectively collaborate with Sales Consultants and Support Staff to execute the responsibilities of your role.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who can quote and prepare applications for life insurance policies, coordinate underwriting requirements by interacting with advisors, clients, third parties and underwriters.
Service Specialist will need to be detailed oriented to successfully perform quality reviews for our New Business. You will be assisting advisors with pre and post service requests utilizing professional customer service and communication skills. This role requires daily correspondence with clients and advisors both by phone and email.This role would need someone who is proactive, and will review new business policies and follow-through on commitments to meet the DPL Standard of Service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred. Experience in the insurance sector or with RIAs with a focus in Operations Processing or Customer Service preferred.
