Description
Phoenix Technologies is one of the worlds most experienced and security focused platform firmware companies, details We are a private company in growth mode with an exciting product, FirmGuard ), that is targeted at MSPs (Managed Service Providers). We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to rapidly close business for FirmGuard with MSPs, utilizing high-value, marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Responsibilities will include targeted outbound calls, leveraging HubSpot to track and report on all activities, and then doggedly closing the business. The candidate must be willing to work as an individual contributor, in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-tech environment with clear focus on closing business with North American MSPs.
Location: Beaverton, Oregon.
Status: Full Time
Compensation: Competitive, including stock options and full benefits
Responsibilities
Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key MSP prospects.
Conduct targeted outbound calls to marketing qualified leads (MQLs), leveraging HubSpot CRM to track and report on all activities.
Convert MQLs into loyal FirmGuard MSP customers by effectively communicating FirmGuards unique business and technology value proposition.
Work collaboratively with customer success team to evangelize and demonstrate FirmGuard to prospective MSPs and then doggedly follow up until the business is closed.
Ensure continued MSP customer installations by proactively following up and providing ongoing product guidance. Establish periodic cadence calls with existing MSPs for product feedback and to foster a strong, long-term relationship.
Grow revenue of existing MSP customers to create long-term, satisfied, and referenceable customers.
Qualifications
Candidate should have a consistent track record of consultative sales, and a willingness to embrace ground-breaking, fast-paced technology companies.
Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
5+ years of technology sales experience
Experience selling to MSPs preferred, but not required.
Experience selling security products preferred, but not required.
Ability to balance a strategic view to an account with a fast-paced transactional approach.
Must work well in a team selling environment.
BA/BS degree
Experience with HubSpot CRM is an added plus, but not required.
Ability to occasionally travel within North America
Must be a US citizen.
