- Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity.
- Manage & maintain a list of daily returns exceptions.
- Resolve Returns Exceptions & drive accountability with onsite 3PL.
- Collaborate with eCommerce Engineering to resolve systems issues for Returns.
- Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested.
- Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary.
- Assist Warehouses and Customers on critical shipments and non-standard requests.
- Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
- Complete all other duties as assigned
- 4 year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
- Experience in a high-volume returns processing environment.
- High-Tech supply chain and/or Logistics experience.
- Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Reliable analytical skills.
- Proficient ability in working within Excel.
- Ability to pull data from SAP & analyze.
- Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally.

WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a Logistics Returns Analyst - eCommerce Ops who will be responsible for the execution of daily Logistics operations primarily focused on Returns, Creating RMAs, Handling Customer Exceptions and coordinating with internal Engineering team to resolve issues. You will ensure that Returns are processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for executing best in class Logistic operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination).
Role and Responsibilities:

While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
