LHH is working with a company that in the aviation industry that is adding a new Treasury Manager to their team. In this role you will oversee banking and treasury functions across various entities. The role involves managing relationships with major banks such as Chase, M&T, and Key Bank, while also supervising any treasury analysts working on behalf of these entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise treasury analysts in daily cash position reporting and assigned reconciliations.
• Deliver a weekly 26-week U.S. Cash Forecast and maintain trend analysis to support forecasts.
• Interface daily with all banking entities to ensure efficient Treasury operations.
• Review and analyze investment accounts, providing recommendations to the Director to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor excess cash and optimize investment returns in alignment with the company's investment policies.
• Manage Tranche reconciliation of CIT funding and settlement files.
• Deliver assigned month-end general ledger journals and account reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis and generate ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Monitor FBAR balances.
• Oversee Decisions Positive Pay and ACH Debit Filter exceptions.
• Initiate ACH and EFT transfers, maintain bank templates, and review bank sites for compliance with company policies.
• Manage the company's credit card processing, negotiating credit card processing fees with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and standards, proposing improvements as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Six years of experience in treasury and banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
