    Description

    Job Title:
    Director of Enterprise Data Program

    Location:
    Cleveland, Ohio

    Salary:
    $200,000 + Bonus & Stock

    The Director of Enterprise Data Program oversees a major interim initiative for the Enterprise Data & Insights organization. They will lead the program, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery. Acting as a liaison between departments, they will address program issues and collaborate closely with stakeholders. Success hinges on strategic thinking, attention to detail, project and change management expertise, and effective communication and collaboration skills.


    Job Requirements:

    Education:


    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience (10+ years) in Data Science or Information Technology.

    Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt).

    Technical Skills:
    Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or heavy SAP in Manufacturing Highly Preferred. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

    Data Governance and Security:
    Understanding of data governance frameworks and regulations, including data masking and database management.

    Needs experience with understanding ERP Migration Impact to Data Quality

    Experience:

    8+ years leading large transformational programs, with 5+ years in cross-functional leadership roles. Proficiency in project management, including budget management and agile methodologies.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across all business areas. Provide guidance on project management standards and templates.

    Communication:
    Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage delivery of a large interim initiative, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
    Develop a strategic roadmap for the program, aligning it with business priorities.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
    Serve as escalation point for program issues, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and proactive risk management.
