    Evident is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Manager.

    As the go-to point of contact for our customers, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own book of business in an effort to grow and expand each account.

    Your daily focus will be driving customer adoption and retention through account management, strategy calls and regular business reviews.

    You'll have the opportunity to work alongside leadership on a regular basis and gain experience and insight across multiple departments in a rapidly growing company.

    As a Customer Success Manager, you'll develop your skills in customer engagement, project management, customer service and cross functional collaboration.

    Candidates must be based in the US, preferably in the greater Atlanta area.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate renewal contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet revenue growth initiativesForecast and track key account metrics to assess customer engagement, health, and potential risks of churn (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededManage onboarding process for new customersBecome an expert in the Evident product offerings and capabilities as well as stay up to date on industry trendsTrain new customers on platform capabilities and best practicesRequirements

    Have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience1-3 years of customer success and/or account management experience; experience with SaaS platforms is a plus2 years of experience in the insurance or 3rd Party Risk industries preferredLocated within the greater Atlanta area preferred, but not requiredExpertise analyzing data and communicating impact to executive stakeholdersPrior experience with account revenue growth and contract renewalsExperience with Google sheets and business analytics tools like Tableau is preferredExceptional organization and project management skills; certification in project management is a plusExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as SalesforcePrior experience in an onboarding or implementation roleHave exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence - can establish and maintain lasting relationshipsBe goal oriented and a self starter, with the drive to work independentlyHave the desire to grow and continue to learn as you gain more experience
