- Competitive base salary within the range of $105,000 - $121,000.
- Generous monthly incentive plan based on utilization, outstanding service, teamwork, and professional development ranging from $1,000 -$7,000 monthly, $12,000 - $84,000 annually.

- Bachelor's degree (Business, MIS, IS, Financial or related) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP
- Experience developing/implementing business processes in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively, 30-50% for customer engagements.
